The Newport Heights Improvement Association has been established several times, but most recently 2 years ago by a group of neighbors who wanted to preserve and maintain the character of one of the City of Newport Beach’s unique neighborhoods. It is the neighborhood where we live. The expansion of commercial and other-than-residential uses can be shaped for the betterment of the Heights; all it takes is a little effort and guidance. The primary goal is to link us all as neighbors and achieve exactly that, and to have fun along the way.

The group has started some basic committees to assist in achieving this goal and to generally start organizing.
